Shipping policy
Eros Wholesale ships most orders via UPS. Please note that UPS does not deliver to P.O. Boxes, so a valid physical shipping address is required.
Processing & Delivery Times
If you have a hard deadline within the next two weeks, we strongly encourage you to contact us before placing your order so we can confirm whether it is feasible to meet that deadline. We always appreciate the opportunity to be proactive in meeting your expectations.
Shipping times vary depending on the product or products ordered, as we ship from multiple fulfillment centers located across the country.
Most orders ship within 24 to 48 hours and arrive within approximately 5 business days after shipment. However, some items may take up to two weeks to arrive.
We work to deliver all merchandise as quickly as possible, but we do not guarantee delivery dates or shipping timelines.
Please also keep in mind that national holidays, cultural holidays, carrier delays, weather events, and other circumstances outside of our control may affect shipping schedules.
LTL/Freight Shipments
While we ship with UPS whenever possible, Eros Wholesale reserves the right to send large or palletized shipments via LTL or FTL freight carrier.
If your order ships by LTL or FTL freight, you will not be charged more than the UPS Ground or UPS Ground Freight rate displayed at checkout unless you request or require additional services as described below.
Unless you explicitly notify us otherwise before shipment, we will assume you are able to receive palletized freight shipments at the shipping address provided.
LTL/FTL shipments do not include lift gates, dock appointments, inside delivery, limited-access delivery, or any other ancillary freight services. When placing a large order, it is your responsibility to contact us if you may have any such requirements for receiving palletized shipments.
If you require any ancillary services, additional charges may apply beyond the UPS Ground or UPS Ground Freight rate paid at checkout. If any additional charges are required, we will contact you at the email address associated with your order. Your order will be held, and your credit card will not be charged, until we receive your authorization.
International Orders
We can accommodate some international orders, but international shipping may be expensive and may require additional coordination.
Eros Wholesale does not collect or handle taxes, duties, customs fees, brokerage fees, or other import-related charges that may be required by your government. The customer is solely responsible for paying any such charges upon receipt of the shipment.
For international customers (other than Canada and Mexico), we strongly recommend using a U.S.-based freight forwarder whenever possible. In many cases, this is the most cost-effective option and helps avoid complications, especially for shipments going to the Caribbean islands. Customers are responsible for arranging their own freight forwarding service. Once arranged, simply use the freight forwarder’s U.S. address as the shipping address when placing your order.
If you require us to ship internationally directly, we can do so in many cases. However, some of the third-party fulfillment facilities we use are not set up for international shipping. If any items in your order ship from those locations, they may first need to be sent domestically to our headquarters before being shipped internationally. This can significantly increase shipping costs beyond what you see quoted at checkout.
If any changes, additional shipping charges, or order modifications are required for an international shipment, we will contact you at the email address associated with your order. Your credit card will not be charged until you authorize any necessary modifications.
